Hi, I’m Christina!
I was born on Long Island, NY, on March 6, 1967. I am a mom of three and “Yomi” of five. My children and grandchildren are my heart and soul. I was married to their dad for 14 years. We decided to split because we are just better as good friends and remain that way.
I studied hard to become an x-ray technologist. I obtained my AAS degree in 1988, and I further pursued my career as a CAT Scan technologist. I have been practicing MRI further since 1996. I also pursued my BS in Healthcare Management after a company-wide layoff in Florida in 2009. This helped me in roles as lead MRI Tech for the future, which I have done in a few companies. I use my medical background to show compassion to the people around me, mainly my patients.
I have been active in churches, such as singing in choir and worship, as well as the first impression team or greeting team, ever since I saw Jesus dying on a cross in a dream one night while living in Salt Lake City, Utah. From then on, I decided HE needed to be first in my life because nobody ever loved me that much.
Have I fallen? Yes, quite a few times, but I do know that Jesus has always been there to pick me up. I lost my mother to suicide on Christmas day in 2007. I have lost four people to that. I wrote my book because I have felt this way myself. I never want you to feel that way and NOT get help. I know what sexual abuse can do and how it can make a person feel. I wrote this book, so you have a tool to use to give you some guidance and meet and hang on to Jesus. If you accept Him, He will help you through anything.
